Title: Woven
Medium: Pen and Ink
Size: 8.5 X 12 inches
Finally, I am done inking this piece! I forgot how many Saturdays were spent on it (probably around 5)
Changed the title to Woven: I guess the piece represents also my view that if we closely examine this world, we'll see that it is woven by the same Hand, and mayhap from the same Thread.
I really pushed my limits on this one, stamina-wise, confidence-wise and sanity-wise, hehe.
Submitting this for IF's "Twist". Weavings twist and turn, the same way our lives twist and turn around other lives around us (sometimes entangling and choking, sometimes strengthening).
I still like your style and you posses a talent that seems to want to use what it has even if it is a toothpick in a restaurant and the table salt, i like to use ketchup anf french fries to express art.
fav ah~~
unbelievably fantastic job of bringing the 'woven' concept to life.
keep it up, you should be really proud of this one.
i have a lot of respect for people who take their time to do something well and put detail in.
my professors dont always appreciate the amount of time i like to put into things because i take longer than they like
keep it up though, lasting art always takes time, I believe.
shes this old british battleship and has no sense of what comes out of her mouth. she just says everything without thinking.
and dont sweat going back to school, im in my second year and i convinced my mom to go back because she loves art too.
tho it is a little weird being a year ahead of you mom at the same school in the same program. ha, guess its my turn to help her with her homework.
